My family and I just went to my Mother's farm which is like an hour's drive away from our home. At first, my sister and I were hesitent because we were used to living in the city. But when we got there, the scenery just struck us! It was so lovely that we totally forgot about the city life! How about you guys? Do you escape the city life and go to the farm and appreciate nature?

Yes I like going to the farm. The best farm that I ever visited is in Rotorua, New Zealand. This farm is so beautiful with loads of trees, plantations, vegetables and also sheeps. The scenery made us forgot all about the problems and the city life. I told to my friend that one day I want to buy any farm in New Zealand and try to plant a lot of trees to make nature safe and biodiversity clean. Cheers

As we all concern for the environment...thus we need to appreciate the nature and environment by planting more trees. This is a good step for our futures...

hi athina! oh yeah i do. i really appreciated the fact that before, my jobs allowed me to travel to people's farms and talk to owners. the drive going to the farms is already refreshing for me. and it gets better when i get down from the car and catch lungfuls of fresh air! ahhh refreshing... i love the experience. next week, we are going on a church camp...and we will experience the great outdoors again. :) good day!

Thankfully, I live out in the country so I can enjoy nature year round. When I did live in the city for a few years, I hated it cause I just couldn't get used to the crowded streets and sidewalks let alone the noise. When I moved back to the country, I slept for 3 days straight being I couldn't sleep very good in the city. Yeup, country livin' is the life for me.

Hello athinapie! How are you? Are you still in the farm? I love going to the countryside! Going to the farm is really a good experience. This is most especially true for people who spend most of their waking moments looking at all those buildings and skyscrapers and those who are caught in the busy city. I feel stress-free everytime I am in the countryside.

Hi there! I just got back from the farm. And I agree with you! You really feel less stress when you're there and you get to appreciate the beauty that can't be seen in the city. It is indeed a good experience.

I wouldn't really choose a farm as a place to visit. And certainly not a farm where they keep animals. Those places can be so terribly smelly. Taking a trip out of the city to enjoy the countryside would be a different matter and I can relate to that. I don't think it's very entertaining in the countryside. I'd get bored and long to be back in the big city where you can do things. Like go to the movies or bowling or stuff like that.

I grew up on a farm and I loved it, the openness. our trees, just everthing about it. I have not been on a farm in years but would love to go once again someplace' like that. I am lucky though that I live in an apartment complex that has a zillion trees, and flowering' bushes, and flowers too. that means we have a ton'of birds also which makes mornings special with birdsong.
