Did your dog ever bite you, really bite you

This afternoon my dog was out side and he doesn't take to the sun to well he was hot, so I brought him in, just as I got him to the patio door he slipped out of my hands. Now this is a pekingese and he is small,husband noticed he was limping later on, so I assumed he hurt his leg when he fell. A couple hours later I put him up on the bed with me. He was laying at the foot of the bed and me I got the idea to lay dowm beside him, he loves to be scratched and his hair is long and needs cut. So he does his usual thing kind of flops upside down for you to scratch him. I kind of rolled over I guess onto his leg and he and he come up and bite me on the nose, I was trying to get up off him and he was biting againas flat on my stomach and I was trying to get away from him and you could hear how mad he was and he kept biting me. I finally got up off he bed blood was running, he caught me at the end of my nose and put 4 long bite marks on the end, believe me it is some sore, my husband was having a fit said the dog too old to play with. I didn't go to the hospital my daughter is a nurse and she said it don't need stitches, they would of called the dog pound to take him and that would kill me, he is so much part of the family and I know he did not do it intentionally as he is so protective of me.
