Work at home Companies

Do anyone know of any companies that hires folks to work at home?? maybe sites that have listings that have links to companies that pay by the hour??

Most work at home jobs are independent contractors and you won't find that they pay by hour-you are completed by the job done-either the amount of talk time for call center work or by the number of entries you create if doing more adminstrative work.
