Laughing can boost circulation as effectively like aerobic exercise. It reduces stress hormone also. Researchers also say that smile can keep you young. But people are so much stressed and can not even try to smile. There are laughing clubs in many cities. Is these clubs can do any benefit to our health? Is this good as spontaneous laugh? What do you think about this?

I have come across the inner smile from my readings and it is really a godsend for the times when I am tempted to just let go and let negative emotions pour like torrents. It calms me down and lets the moment pass and I am in control of my emotions once again.
