The main cause of liver damage!

the main causes of liver damage are 1. Sleeping too late and waking up too lateare the main cause 2.Not urinating in the morning 3.Too much eating 4.Skinpping breakfast 4.Consuming too much medication 6.Consuming too much preservatives,additives,food coloring and artificial sweetner. 7.Consuming unhealthy cooking oil.As much as possible reduce cooking oil when frying, which includes even the best oils liek olive oil. Don not cnsume fried foods when u r tired zcept the body is fit 8.Consuming raw(overly Done) Foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggis should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts.Fried veggis shud be finished in one sitting, do not store.

I did not know my liver was too much at risk from too many things. I guess we take for granted something that is always functioning right and only take action when their function is impaired. Cheers!!
