Should a double amputee be allowed to compete in the Olympics?

Although it's a moot point, because he most certainly won't qualify. But, if he was able to make some changes to his artificial legs and go faster, I think it's an unfair advantage. What do you think?

I think he should be able to compete. It still takes an enormous amount of strength to run on the artificial legs. In the end, he will have to put forward as much effort as the other athletes. If they are concerned about changes to the fake legs that could make him faster, they will have to set some guidelines. But I don't think there is that much that can be done unless he gets a bouncy pair.
