Apple Cider Vinegar

Who uses apple cider vinegar? I have been mixing one teaspoon in about 10oz of water once a day. I have read that it is very healthy. I use only the raw, unfiltered kind, so all the good stuff is still alive. I dilute it enough so the acidity isn't a problem, and the taste is very mild. I don't often cook fancy things, only very bland, plain foods that are both healthy and cheap. What do you use it for in cooking? Any simple recipes of ideas? I really like the flavor actually the way I use it, and think it must add some really good flavors to foods, I just don't know what it's usually used for.

I just started using this apple cider vinegar two days ago and I can actually see results and I am so excited. For now, since I wasn't that familiar with the vinegar I am using the Heinz brand that I purchased at the store, but I found out there is a brand that the health food store sells that is pure vinegar. I had ugly sun spots on the tops of my feet that looked ugly from years of being in the sun. I don't sunbathe anymore so the spots did look ugly. I read that the vinegar could work wonders on spots like that so I have been drinking a 8 oz glass of water with 1 teaspoon of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice in it two times a day, once in the morning and once at night. Then I rub the vinegar on the tops of my feet. Just in two days time a lot of the darkest uglies spots are gone. The fade cream that I paid big money for wouldn't budge these spots. So far so good and I feel so much better. I think that I am going to be pleased with the apple cider vinegar.
