Surely, involving into sports is a real fun way of losing weight. I was 175 lbs after giving birth to my 4th child and I considered myself overweight because I'm only 5'6 in height. That was the time that I got serious with playing tennis. Luckily and happilly I am now 130lbs. Don't give up, involve yourself in sports..you'll be healthier and happier. Good luck!

Doing sport is the best way probably to lose weight, if properly carried out. But i'm too lazy to do the sports, and i will not stick to it. Several days i'd quit. Keep up, you'd make it if you made up your mind. Good luck and enjoy life~~

I am learning myself that it is important to be energetic and get out there and do something you love. So, I am learning to find fun things that I enjoy to loose weight, not sport, but it is dancing and walking and WII fit that has me moving. Good on you for getting out there and being sporty though, do what you love, love life, be happy and be healthy.

Welcome to Mylot.Playing games is a very good way to reduce your weight. Pain while playing is negligible because you will be having fun. Compare playing to going to gym then it relly hurts. Enjoy playing games.
