Are you a damsel in distress?

Do you always need saving? Do you believe in superheroes? Are you always waiting for your prince or knight in shining armor? Do you have a boyfriend who never treats you right? Do you want to be treated like a princess? I hate seeing girls cry, I'm always the one to offer them my spare handkerchief when they cry. I love treating the one I love like a princess because I know that's what she deserves... How about you? What are your views about this?

oh no...i am a woman and don't enjoy being a damsel in distress too much. women or actually just about anyone ireregardless of gender should learn to be independent.

well when i was younger i love being a damsel in distress but now that i am matured enough i learned that i can do things on my own and can survive on the jungle out there. i am sometimes in distress but i can make and solve it on my way.

Yes it is best to learn to do things on our own... but at one point or another it's still fulfilling to find someone who could both save you and grow with you... it's not bad to ask for help at times specially when everything seems to get out of hand... it's nice to have someone beside you to uplift your spirit when you're so down and yet allows you to solve it on your own...

oh yes i do. i have four children and they are the one who lifts me up when i am down, push me when i need courage and break a joke when i need to smile. i can rely on them and they rely on me. of course i wish i can still find someone to grow old with but i make sure i am extra careful on picking i dont want to end up with the wrong person again.
