do you consider dancing as one way to overcome stress?

for me, Yes! dancing is really one way of overcoming my stress. especially when I have a lot of difficulties in life all i do to make me relax and happy is to dance ballroom dancing. how about you?

Dear friend, For me dancing is really one which I enjoy that too I am not a good dancer still it reduces my weight and stress and gives a relaxation when I enjoy it. Mostly I like to dance in clubs than along which I rarely do. That too in special occassion like New Year, Christmas etc. I really enjoy simple dancing in parties.

Yes! For me,too. If I'm having a bad day, I'll sometimes put on the music and dance improvisation around my living room and kitchen area. It's good exercise, too, which I need (being in wheelchair exercise is sometimes hard to get).

I think that dancing is a great way to relieve stress and tension from your life. Many people do not think to dance or think that you must only dance at clubs and parties... but dancing just a couple of times a day makes life seem so much more fun when it just gets so dull.

Yes, definitely yes. Dancing really helps offloading stress, I am sure of it as this is one of the ways I use to get rid of bad emotions, tension and stress, as it helps much. What is important - to relax and unbend while dancing. You can not be tense at dancing in order to get rid of tension and stress.

Yes i agree. Dancing is one way of releasing stress,emotions, hapiness....and dancing also is a good exercise. Singing, is my one way also of releasing stress and emotions.

Dancing is one way to overcome stress. I really like dancing. Although I haven't danced in a while but I really like it and it takes away all my stress and it helps keep people fit and lose weight. Dancing is just really awesome.

I haven't danced in along time. I went out dancing afew times when I was in my early twenties. But I was never a great dancer. When my daughters were little I used to put on some music, pick them up, and dance around the livingroom. It was so much fun. Sometimes if it was a slow song and I was dancing slow it would put them to sleep.

I've been dancing for so many years now and I've always found dancing as a way to overcome stress. I dance when I'm happy, I dance when I'm upset, I dance when I'm mad.
