very hyper child

My two and a half year old has bronchitis and is taking breathing treatments, antibiotics, and a steroid, well the breathing treatment and the steroid makes him so hyper. we try to play with whatever we can, but it doesn't seem enough. any ideas on how to channel that energy?? thank you.

to send him into something worthy to filled his energy in will be a smart choice. try to introduce him into sports that's physically tiresome like basketball, or enroll him in swimming lessons. in such a way, he will learn something while having fun.
