I do this. I was getting a steady flow but then stopped writing to companies for awhile and it has slowed way down. The other day we got an apron. So have you ever contacted a company for coupons or samples?

No I have never contacted a company for coupons I have heard that you can though and that if you do you will get nice coupons like $1.00 off. My aunt gives me the coupons out of her Sunday paper I do use those.

Thanks so much for the link. I'm on a rampage to collect coupons, and didn't have this site yet. Thanks again...Now all I need is a new printer cartridge. :)

I love getting the free samples. I only order things I know I will use. I don't just request things because they are free. If it is something I want to try for the first time this is a good way to find out if you will like it before you buy it. My favorites are the health and beauty samples. They are great for when you travel. The trial/travel size products at the store are 99 cents to $1.50 so this helps save a little. I can usually get toothpaste, deoderant, lotion and shampoo samples. These are usually the most plentiful as far as samples go that I have found. I also like the laundry detergent samples. I save these for when I may run out of my regular and do not want to run to the store at that moment. I have only ordered the coupons a couple of times.

Hi sweetdesign! I love to contact companies for samples. I haven't got many recently but I have sent off for several. I like to get coupons too because they really save money at the grocery store. I actually have bought some coupons on ebay that has saved me quite a bit in cat food LOL.

I've never contacted companies for coupons. I have called to complain if the product wasen't to my liking. They in turn have sent me coupons etc. I don't print coupons on line because the stores here reject them, they said too many people makes copies that aren't originals.

I don't contact them unless I have something wrong with a product. I do however print coupons from the internet and get samples from the internet.

I just think of a product that I use and write to the company that makes that product. I make comments on how I feel about the product and in most cases I get nice coupons or a gift.
