Fruits - how do you prefer them.. Raw or Juices!!!!!

Fruits.I mostly eat raw fruits only.Juices I prefer is grapes,banana,orrange,pineapple.

i like thm raw..as it is more nutritious..n provides lot of roughage..at times juices r gud..but eating thm raw is really helpful..trust me on dat

I like both eating raws & drinking juices but if i have less time then juices r better choice.. it gives u energy without feel of over eatten or weak..

I like my fruit both ways. I like eating them raw, but I also like juice. I like some fruit cooked as well (in pies or other dessert).

i too like eating fruits as such.. i do like juices too.. but my preference is to eat fruits. Tips to help you eat fruits In general: Keep a bowl of whole fruit on the table, counter, or in the refrigerator. Refrigerate cut-up fruit to store for later. Buy fresh fruits in season when they may be less expensive and at their peak flavor. Buy fruits that are dried, frozen, and canned (in water or juice) as well as fresh, so that you always have a supply on hand. Consider convenience when shopping. Buy pre-cut packages of fruit (such as melon or pineapple chunks) for a healthy snack in seconds. Choose packaged fruits that do not have added sugars. For the best nutritional value: Make most of your choices whole or cut-up fruit rather than juice, for the benefits dietary fiber provides. Select fruits with more potassium often, such as bananas, prunes and prune juice, dried peaches and apricots, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and orange juice. Red delicious apples are by far my favorite. Last evening I sliced down a fresh pinapple and realy enjoyed it. Bananas aren't bad either. I try to limit myself to two or three a week. Strawberries when in season are to die for especially with cream on them. I'm getting hungry for breakfast, just writing about these fruits.

Given the choice I'd eat them raw, if a can or a bottle of the jucie is available, I don't mind drinking it, especially oranges and sweetlime, then sugarcane is something that tastes better in juice form, you can't eat the flesh in anycase, you got to bite the cane stalk and suck out the juice and discard (spit out) the fibres, Try it, it's devine, the sugar cane juice I mean.
