Would you live "off the grid"?

Meaning that you would not be connected to public water, sewer or electric sources? You would be self-sufficient in providing those resources on your own.

I did for a while & if not for the need of capitol to pay for the property & taxes I'd happily do it again. Having to have a regular job prevents me from trying it again.

Our employment requires that we live in a certain place, and it is somewhat isolated, but still dependent on public utilities for electricity and propane fuel for heating.
