How do you get all the family together for holidays?

Our family actualy gets along pretty well. I think you have to give everyone some alone time, even when you are all together for celebrations or the holidays. If people have some personal space, they enjoy their time in the group more. Also, you definitely need to plan for down time. If you have too many activities, people get tired and cranky. Lastly, remind everyone to be respectful. You all don't have to agree on everything to have a good time!
