fitness infomercials

I really just have to vent it out. I just don't like fitness infomercials (99% of them) especially those with machines and stuff. Aerobics are ok since they're natural but those medicines and ab equipments? Did those model/s really acquire their bodies using those machines? Maybe a very very small percentage but definitely not a majority. I've seen one where they claim that their clothes make the stomach lose 2-3 inches instantaneously. Oh my God, that was the worst ever. It's really obvious that the lady wearing the shirt is holding her breath. I can hold my breath to and I can go past 3 inches smaller. What have you seen so far did you like some and dislike some? I liked Turbo Jam and has gotten me lighter. How 'bout you?
