My husband refuses to eat leftovers unless it's rice and I use it to make fried rice. He is rwally health concious and says alot of the nutrients and enzymess are killed during the cooking process, so, reheating leaves nothing but just bulk in the body. Which is correct if you look at it from a health point of view. What I do is make the food and freeze it and bake it when I am ready for it.So my question is does your family eat leftovers

I am really picky about eating left overs, but my hubby loves them, especially for breakfast!

we eat leftover sometimes. mostly me and the kids do. whatever we have leftover is what i'll heat up for me and the kids for lunch. its easier to make something quick when their dad is at work. i have three kids so quick is good. sometimes they won't eat it depending on what it is.
