We all know that June 1st is the International Children's Day. Children are loved and cherished by parents. When i was a child, we would dress up to dance and sing, there was always a party held by school, different programms would be performed. This year's holiday will not be a happy one for those suffered in the earthquake, many died and some left as orphans, and still others are homeless. Your children must be very cute, lovely, and happy. What do you prepare for your beloved? Please share **Enjoy life~~**

I have never heard of this day, but it sounds like a wonderful idea. I actually like the idea of this day and think that it will help all the children whom do not get as much attention as they deserve.

Hey, SomeCowgirl, it is the Internation Children's Day, it's on June 1 in most of the countries, maybe the holiday in your country's not that popular? I've no idea. But i do consider it a good opportunity to celebrate when i was a child and i'm an adult. I still want to have fun in that very day, to be childish and do some naive or pecular or even wierd thing. **Enjoy life~~**

That would be a great idea, turning it into a "everyone's a child day!" very great.. although I am sure the children would be quite mischevious as they may feel they could get away with things without ridicule!

Last night I bought a little gift for my child. It's a clay mould and clay for children. I hope he will like it. I don't want to spoil him, so little gift will be enough for him. He has to understand that many children lost their families and home in the earthquake. He is very lucky and he shall be grateful and learns how to do something for others. Few weeks ago I gave money for him to donate. I hope more children will have a happy Children's Day. I love China

Hey, youless, you're right. My father always says that if you love your child, you don't have to express on your face, you have to hide in your heart. He thinks that nobody don't love their kids, it's the way that differs. Children shouldn't be spoiled by parents. It's not love, spoil will probably ruin the children's future. From some point, he's right. Hope your child happy and healthy:) **Enjoy life~~**
