Help help help help! I just upgraded to this nifty little phone before the weekend. I am having the worst luck trying to download custom ringtones. On my old phone which was a Nokia, I used both myxertones and phonezoo, which are free sites where you create custom ringtones and then have them sent to your phone. I keep getting error messages stating that I cannot download the ringtones from myxertones and the ones from phonezoo download but then I get an error message stating that the phone does not support the content!! I am not understanding this. I KNOW this phone supports downloadable custom hi-fi ringtones. I created them from my own mp3 library and I made them smaller so they are less than 100kb. I need to find a way to get these ringers on my phone. I have had custom rings associated with several of my numbers for practically a year. My downloaded ringers did not transfer over with my sim card, so I am having to start over. I am planning go to park myself at the Tmobile store and try to see if they can help me tomorrow but any pointers would be appreciated. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I am really getting frustrated.
