Worst Anime

Evryone's talking about the best anime series, let's try something different:
Those of you who loves anime, what's the worse one you've seen so far?
Something so bad, you regret watching it and saw it as a waste of time?
Mine would be Gilgamesh.
Slow story...
Bad animation...
ARGH!

I generally love all types of anime (except for harem shows) and there hasn't been one that I actually hate. But I think the worst one so far would have to be Cluster Edge. The anime was 13 episodes long and each episode contained at least 10 minutes of flashbacks to an earlier episode. I think there was also two episodes that was a recap of earlier events too. It was pretty interesting but there was way too many flashbacks and repetitiveness. I ended up watching the same scene over and over again. This would have been somewhat okay if the series was longer but it wasn't.

flashbacks can be quite annoying. it was the reason why i stopped watching Naruto. i mean, they're anime for crying out loud! we, the watchers could just go by a cd and rewind to those scenes as well, right?

Flame of Recca.. the story is not that interesting. i also observed that the plot of story declined even in the first 5 episode.

that's funny...most of the people i know loved Flame of Recca but moving forward, yeah, it's also like a rip-off of Yuyu Hakusho. ^_^

I also like Flame of Recca except for the ending part. It does not conclude anything at all.

i love anime series.. and so far I havent seen a bad one yet... I would possibly check that one out if it will piss me off too.. lol

you have a point there! actually the reason why i checked out Gilgamesh was because it has a nice review. and then as soon as i popped in the first episode, i was like "WTF????"

Code Lyoko (if that's even considered an anime lol)
then I hated that Ayatashi or whatever that was when there was like a familiar that some people got and they started fighting. Ya that sucked.
And One Piece. Don't get me wrong, I think the story line has some potential, but I quit after like ep. 25 because the characters were too wierd lol

The worst anime I have ever seen was a series called Cosplay Complex. The story was unsteady, crude and stupid, and the color used in the animation was soooo unpleasing to the eye. I think "Raunchy" is the perfect word to describe the series.

Right now? Vampire Knight. It was very disappointing since I really loved the manga. But I guess it isn't really thaat bad.
