i think i drink about 1.5 to 2.5 liters a day. more if i am at work. hehe

sometimes i think i only drink less than 1 liter a day. i am not fond of drinking water but i like juice even more. i know it's not healthy but i will try to drink more water to have a great body and be healthy. happy posting!! :)

I should drink more water than i do and i think i will star this summer . Right now I drink about 2-3 16 oz of bottled water
