Quagmire - Giggidy, giggidy, gig-gi-dy!

Who loves him?? I mean really his is too funny always chasing woman. He is every bad sterotype of a man.
My favorite Quagmire moment was when he went to Connies house by Lois' request and said...
Quagmire: Hey there sweetie, how old are you?
Connie: 16.
Quagmire: 18? You're first.
Connie: Mom!
Quagmire: I like where this is goin'! Giggidy, giggidy, gig-gi-dy!
And I love when he says Giggidy, giggidy, gig-gi-dy!

He has his moments I guess, but there are a few times that I find him to be a bit extreem. Like the episode where he is caught peeping on lois when she was on the john.

I like him as a passing character. I do like the giggidy. I forget which episode he was in a lot but I remember thinking that having a whole show with a lot of Quag was a bit too much. It actually got on my nerves. Although I should tell you that I was watching it on the BBC and they don't have commercials so maybe that was why I got the overdose.
