which will you prefer U.A.E dubai or Qatar doha?

which will you prefer to work of the 2 country uae or qatar? im planning to go abroad, Im planning to go to uae but some of friends told me that it is better in qatar,coz uae is one of the high cost living country.How about you guys? which will you choose? Give me some advice, Thanks in advance.

Im sorry I dont prefer them both. because the weather is hot and I dont really like stuff on there. but if i must choose, i will choose qatar doha, because motor GP held on there. I was motor GP fans.
