ok here is todays coffee poll
which do you prefer, starbucks(u.s.a.) or tim hortons(canada)
i myself prefer starbucks but timmys does come in a close second. now that they are starting to open more here south of the border i might end up with one near my home some day

Wha? Tim Hortons was bought out by a US corporation? How the h3ll could they? I like them better than Starbucks, but I'll definitely stick with THE SECOND CUP!!!!!! Ever go in there? Best coffee in Canada, at The Second Cup!! I'm there right now, as a matter of fact, using their wireless internet.

second cup? havent heard if that one yet. i did get the pleasure of having tim hortons when i visited ontario and sudbury a couple of years back.

I've never been to Tim Hortons, but I hear good things about it. I haven't been to Canada since 2001, and I can't remember where I got coffee while I was there. I do like Starbucks, but if they do open Tim Hortons here in NJ, or if I come across them in my travels, I will certainly give them a try.

we still don't have tim hortons here in my country but there are a lot of starbucks around so still can't do any comparison. anyway, i know they'd be closely priced (well they are really pricey for a cup of coffee! =) but i like starbucks. though i only go there when i want to indulge in a costly but yummy cup of latte or a frap. otherwise, i'd be brewing my own coffee at home. well i hope we'd have tim hortons here soon so i can check it out too.
