Would You Help A Fellow Mylotter?

What would you do if someone you met on mylot was in serious trouble? Say homeless or in a very abusive situation? Would you drive to them and try to help or would you hope someone they know in "real" life would do it? I only ask because a lot of people are on here quite a bit and I just wondered? I dont know what I would do, I think I would want to help but a part of me would be afraid I was being scammed.

I would help if I am in reachable distance. Its always good to help others. I feel so happy when I help people in any possible way, atleast guiding them in right direction. what do you think on this. cheers

The wanting someone for me would not over ride that fact that I know that there are a lot of scams. Since we don't really know the people here and take on faith that they are who they say they are I would have to do some soul searching. The one thing I probably do is check them out and there are places on the computer that you can do that. It is hard to say what a person would do in a circumstance like you listed.

I guess I would have to know them pretty well, not just through myLot but outside of it. If I could help I would, I haven't been presented with that challenge yet. I think a lot of people are here looking for some comfort. I've read a few posts that make me wonder how they are doing but nobody has personally reached out to me.
