If Jesus Christ is not sent by God How can we then be Save?

I don't think anyone can argue that question. The bible plainly states it. The Devil even knows what the word of God says. He may try and twist it. That is why it so important for us to read our Bible and ask God to help us.

Is there only one savior? Is it possible for someone to save himself? Is it possible for one who is not Jesus Christ save others? How does Jesus Christ save? Can he save those who are not yet born? I would like to know the mechanics of that.

God hates sin and we are doomed to die since man first sinned. But then God really loves us that He gave Jesus to save us. We have sinned and we cannot save ourselves that God sent Jesus Christ. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. No one can come to the Father except by Him.
If Jesus was not sent, there's no way we can save ourselves.
