I'm from south america, so I speak spanish and then I learned english... Most of the blogs are in english, but I was curious, do you read or are you subscribed to a blog that is written in a language different than english? do you think they have better content? do you trust them more because they are in a different language? The thing is that I want to start a blog but haven't decided if I want it to be in english or spanish. Can you help me? do you have any tips or recommendations?

Well if I am going to setup a blog, I will go for multi language. We were brought up in an multi racial society, so learning several language is a norm for us. So, when you want to setup a blog, you need too know clearly who is your target audience. Different languague will attracts different group of visitors. Setup up the blogs in two version is not a bad idea though. You can consider doing that.

I pretty much only read blogs in english because that's what i'm used to. There is a way you can get around that though...you can either make a sister site to the one you do in spanish - to make the translating easy, just copy and paste the english in a translator & post that way...(this would be really good because you could actually monetize both as well!!) Another option is to have a translate plug-in that allows someone to translate any page. There may be other ways to work around it, but those are the first 2 that popped into my head! Good luck with your blog!

I'm from Indonesia, Several of my blogs use Bahasa Indonesia. So far I just attend to have a blog both in English or Indonesia, coz I don't understand any other language, except Malay. For blogs from other languages, I seldom visit them, I don't know whether the site is reliable or ya, just wonder to follow wrong steps. :P I suggest that, it's better if you use English one. Lots of international visitors will glad visit you English-language blog than mother language one. But it's okay if you want your blog to be more specific and easy to understand for your folks of your country. Hench, you'll be directly easier to making money online from you blog for used English one. But some of them will be okay if your blog was in Spanish one. Keep rocking!
