How many community theater actors do we have out there and what was your favorite role? My favorite role, among others, was Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof.

Thanks for your response Allie xoxo. I'm sure that was fun role to play. I've never heard of that play. Was that written by a local writer or professionally written? Who publishes it? We might want to use it in our local theater.

My favorite role, Singout, was the role of Leo in the play "Little Foxes". I was in college and actually went with a friend of mine just to read with him so he could audition. The director asked me if I was interested in being in the play. I laughed and said no at first, but, he kept insisting and I gave in. I am very glad that I did as it turned out to be a great opportunity for me. I went on to be in several more plays while in college after that and even in one musical, which is something I don't do in front of people at all, Sing. The musical was "the Cotton Patch Gospels" and it was a lot of fun too.

I'm a thespian in the Philippines and my favorite roles that I've played are the Artful Dodger in "Oliver!", Edmund in "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe", and Abraham in "Altar Boyz".
