What would your campaign theme be if you were running for mayor

or any other office like Governor, Senate, even President? For me, depending on the office, it would depend on the issues that office faced. I'd be quite the libertarian for Federal office, but a moderate liberal at the local level, except for police presence, which people would categorize me as a extreme right-winger. If I were running for mayor, my slogan would be "A diploma on every wall, a cop on every corner." Not that I'd achieve this literally, but I think every child has a right to a good education and every resident has a right to feel safe. Do you have theme issues that you wish your elected officials would make priority, or if you ran for office, what would you prioritize at what level (local, state, Federal)?
