What hot sause do you like best and what do you use it for?

I have been to restaurants where a hot sause like chalula was used to spice up ranch dressing. I like it as an addition to Ketchup for fries, hash browns and even to eggs... What hot sause do you like best? What do you use it for?

I like the PAce salsa use it in alot of things and as a dip
