people i just dont understand them

ok i am confussed and venting and alittle bit of everything i guess. we have a property and it has our house on it then it has 4 rentals too. 1 of them we cant rent out cause the people before trashed it. now we have 2 rented to people we like and they are clean and etc. then we have one house that is rented to people that are just horriable. they like to try to cause fights with everyone here. they go to one house and tell them i heard this person say this etc. no one even said it they just make crap up and try to get fights going. also they have all these cats and the cats are inside peeing and pooping every where. the hosue smells so bad my husband will not go in to fix anything. it is nasty. they have 3 adults and one kid there and now they have moved in another adult. we told them to move and they moved in someone else. they are on a month to month. they done pay rent on time it is just horriable they are driving everyone here nuts. we just want them gone but the place smells so bad and the carpet is messed up now etc that it will take a lot to get it ready to be rented again. husband says to double the rent since they have to many people and etc and then they will just move. i want them gone like today though. lol. why are people so nasty and just horriable. i mean we let them move in without all the money up front and then it took us a month to get them to pay it. now here comes the first again and well all of this has happened. its a nightmare.
