Most people said eating meat is not good to your health. it will bring different kinds of diseases, cancer and everything, But I have a grandfather who is a neat eater but until now he is still alive and no disease? What is your idea about this? it is good to hear from others too.

I don't think meat is bad for us, but some of the additives and preservatives they put in it are! Meat has iron and protein that we need, and it can be difficult to get enough from just vegetables. Also, some people eat more meat than they really need, and not enough fruits and vegetables. We need to eat a balanced variety of different foods, natural and not processed, to get adequate nutrition that keeps us healthy.

I don't think I've seen anything that says that meat is bad for you. Eating a diet that's entirely meat can be bad for you. Eating meat that's charcoaled can be a source of carcinogens. Eating a lot of fat isn't all that good for your gallbladder and various other organs. Eating contaminated fish increases your risk of internal parasites. The nitrates in processed meats can increase your risk of cancer. But I can't recall anything that says that eating meat is absolutely bad for you. If you're eating properly prepared meat as part of a well balanced diet, you shouldn't have any problems, unless you already have a susceptibility to them.

Oh yes, that's what I heard too. Eating charcoaled meat is not good for it can cause cancer. I think, you are right, that when we eat meat in a good proportion and with care, it is not bad. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
