my grandfather has gout and want to know what he can and can not eat.

a reflexologist will be able to work on the euric crystals which form in his feet and maybe provide some relief or help prevent further attacks, You probabley can't eat a whole one though.

As u r grandfather knows dos and donts at this time so kindly ask him n he knows how to overcome this problem or else consult a doctor.

Of course, the red meat isn't good, but I made the mistake thinking green beans were great, but after 3 months realized they aren't. Allopurinol has done wonders for me...if he isn't taking it, tell him to ask his Doc about getting a perscription. Drink a ton of water, too. I know it can hurt like heck.
