MSN, AOL, Skype, YahooIM and GTalk, which one you like the most? MSN - Common IM in my country, almost everyone have an account. Skype - High quality voice chatting program, but not many person using this in my country. AOL - I think this got only 0.xx% of my country men using. YahooIM - Currently can use MSN to chat with friend in YahooIM, although the message sending is a bit slow, but still will use MSN to connect it. GTalk - No need to install extra program also can chat, by just login to your gmail account in google.

I have yahoo, MSN and skype and I will use what ever my friends use the most. Some friends are only on MSN and some only on yahoo. For me it really dosnt matter. I also use another chat called IMVU. I like IMVU because you can chat with people from all over the world and learn new customs.

Actually you can add friend in MSN to Yahoo, and also can add Yahoo friend to MSN.

I am well aware you can mix the 2 but some only use certain IM's and not others that is why I have a few.

There are a lot of IM at net. Mixing Yahoo and MSN is good, but there still some technical problem, which cause the message to deliver very slow, sometime cant even send.

I have MSN, AIM, Yahoo, and Gtalk. I like MSN the best as that's what most people I talk to tend to have. The only reason I have an AOL account is because a lot of my American friends don't use MSN.

I have a skype account which i keep active enough to make sure the funds roll over. Its mainly for emergencies if my phone gives up, though its cool to call abroad. My main IM is MSN. No interest in any of the others and i don't use it enough anyway.

Almost everyone here seems to use AIM (not AOL, which is a terrible Internet system unless you have kids that need parental controls). I personally don't use it, because I would rather pick up the phone and call someone. I recently discovered Skype, though, which is completely free! There is a chat interface on it, too, that I use when I want to do something else while I talk to someone. Skype is starting to gain a lot of popularity.
