easy peasy - get a crappy first job! That's how everyone does it. Get a basic minimum wage unskilled job in a shop, waitressing, or a bar, and then gain the experience from this to get bigger and better jobs.

Yeah I'm wondering this myself. I have done a lot of volunteer activities, I've worked in a lot of centers with children for school and stuff, I've even helped serve meals for the rescue squad. All volunteer. No one really seems too interested in hiring me though. Not sure why but oh well. Someone will come along that is interested eventually.

I've been wondering that myself. How can you have a job if you don't have the exprience? The only way I can think you can get a job is if you've worked in the area before applying. I'm hoping to get my certification in teaching and I have to have a full semester or more of student teaching. That would count as experience wouldn't it?
