Hey guys I'm just wondering why these products are faking their products content. It stinks because these products are sold because pinoys want to have a whiter skin. We fall under the malayan and chinese lineage for God's sake. We are not Americans or Europeans that has a whiter skin. People assume that when they are whiter, they are more attractive. That's why they use products like these glutathione pills or whatever you call them to transform their body. And now some can feel it's side effects. Are most pinoys really desperate to get whiter?

I just wanted to clear things out, glutathione isn't really a whitening pill. glutathione is an anti oxidants that helps us to detoxify and eliminates some bad eliments on our body. whitening is just the other effects of it. I think there's nothing wrong with taking this supplement. those people who are taking gluta isn't desperate to get whiter. let me tell you that there are some disease that only gluta can solve. like acne, and other skin diseases. they are not trying to transfor their their body, but they are actually just taking good care of their body. with the report regarding the fake gluta, we should just be careful of buying those products. and ask the doctor first before taking these product coz they may suggest what's the best gluta brand.

I fully agree with your factual assessment. Glutathione ia a natural form of food supplement, which was not really discovered for the purpose of whitening skin actually. It is one of the so-called MASTER ANTI-OXIDANT which could help the body balance and rebuild itself. However, in the study it was found out that one of the "side effects" of this product is skin lightening -- thus Glutathione became known as a skin whitener. People are taking this for the main purpose of getting the "side effect" which is whitening. Just clearing the facts...

You guys get it - glutathione is a natural antioxidant, and it is produced in our bodies. The trouble is, after the age of 20, we produce less and less each year. The reason most people take glutathione is to rid their bodies of free radicals, and poisons from the environment. The trouble has been, that glutathione is hard to take, what we have been looking for is a way for the body to begin to produce it's own glutathione again. This is where the research of Dr. Robert Keller comes in, he has developed a way to allow the body to produce it's own gluathione again. Check out http://www.mymaxchallenge.com. Forget the whitening element, use glutathione to detoxify and get healthy!!

I take Max GXL because of how it makes me feel and what it is doing for my body. I never heard of this other stuff before. I am sure there are lots of uses for Glutathione, but for me, www.maxnutrition.ca has everything I need to stay young and healthy and strong for many many years to come!! Thanks for sharing my information with others too!

many filipinas wanted to be whiter and these companies are taking advantage of the opportunity to earn more. haha im glad that there was someone who tried to check if these products' labels are true to its content and as expected, they have fooled the filipinos, yet again.

That is so true. I was of the same thinking before. I wanted to be whiter thinking it's more attractive. I used different whitening products to achieve this. Though I still sometimes think that 'whiter is better' I have stopped using whitening products as I know that it will never change my skin color. Good thing that my husband likes me the way I am so I am happier. Do you know what side effects gluthatione has? Can you show me the article?

Most Filipinas like to change their skin tones through these kind of products. We can't blame them, most of them want to be noticed. Is that what we cal "Kulang sa Pansin"? I guess, it would be fine for women. For men, it's another story...

since the boom of the gluta products soared in the market, a lot of people have gone and tried them. a lot of people I know who are taking them have diverse reactions. some says they feel they're getting whiter, but i can't seem to see the diff; while some are experiencing hard time seeing results after long use. i admit, there was a tiny part in me that wanted to see if it was effective, but then in the last minute i backed out. first, its expensive to maintain. second, i love the skin im in. i love sunbathing, and if i have to intake gluthatione pills or use gluta soap, it'll just negate it. i think you ain't supposed to have too much sun exposure when you're using it. you can't blame filipinas if they yearn to have whiter skin, the society sometimes tend to be stereotyped, seeing whiter girls to be more beautiful. well, who wouldn't want to be?
