WHO IS CAUSING this HIGH PRICEs ON GAS TODAY?

The famous increase in gasoline is global. I could read it anywhere. The billboards on gas stations are flagging their gas prices on their screens with huge and bold figures. But i still don't get it. Why??? What is causing all these increase in gasoline? Somebody or someone must be controlling all these. Who is he? Who are they? They think they're gods or something. They can dictate the world to bend knees and live with it. Anybody here who knows these people?
