Would Sherlock Holmes be as successful as he was in fighting the terrorists of today?

If Sherlock Holmes could work with other people, he'd probably be a profiler. And, he'd adapt to the technology and resources that we have now. Plus, his brain would still be as brilliant. So, I think he might be just as successful.

He was far ahead of the typical police/agents of his time, I'd say he'd be far ahead of the ones of OUR time as well... If Holmes were real, and existed in today's world, I bet that that #$%*$&$$%^! Bin Laden would either be in jail or 6 feet under!

I'm not sure he'd fight terrorists as he was just a private detective, but nowadays we have forensic science and finger prints etc so I think his job would be much easier for him.Because he had friends in the Police force he would be able to get access to DNA and finger print evidence and solve cases much faster than he did in 19th century London.

No, but he has acted on behalf of the GOvt on many occassions- Naval Treaty, His Last Bow etc. So I think he would still be fighting terrorists and assisting the Govt.

in my opinion its possible that he can get the mystery terrorists solved.that charactor is very intelligent,he will adopt himself to the new style of thinking.though his method of solving mystery has become old, he can still do it.
