What makes you sleepy?

While watching TV it makes me sleepy sometimes and If I'm very tired, I sometime sleep in the sofa and someone would wake me up to go to bed.

Hi dear
normally i get sleep at my bed time , reading and watching TV never put me to sleep, but some times if i am tired after hectic day, then i just lay n bed and in few minutes i am snorling

the only thing that would make me sleepy was when i wake up early in the morning and if i lack some sleep

usually, medicines for my insomnia make me sleepy but lately, playing my playstation does ^_^
