What is your views on Titanclick?

If you may not know, Titanclick along with some other sites except for AdverCash were sold to a new owner. Well, I am a member of Titanclick and have about $12 in that account. Now that it is sold to a new owner and the site had been having a message that it will be down pending move to the new server, I am somewhat worried about the prospect for this site. What is your views on this move? Any inputs are welcome. Cheers.
