Food poisoning

You wont belive how some people have no brain at all :). My sister's best friend works with her. Also her sister in law works there as well. Few weeks ago my sister noticed that her friends sister in law was not coming to work but didnt say anything for few days. Come friday she could not hold it any more so she goes where is your sister in law. And her friends sais I will tell you later. All 4 of them (her brother, sister in law and their 2 kids) were in hospital because they all had severe food poisoning. The reason.....
She would buy meat in bulk and freeze the whole lot in 1 bag. When she wanted some she would take it out and either but in the microwave and then scrape some meat off or de frost the whole thing and cut what she wanted to use and then GET THIS return the whole thing back in the freezer. What was she thinking.
I have had few minor food issues 2 from a restourant 1-2 from take away. And 1 at home by eating some cake.
Have you had food poisoning how bad was it?

How bad was it? very bad.I ate whatturned out to be a tainted'
hamburger in Jack In The Box and by the time I got home
on the bus I was so ill I vomited in the gutter beside'
the bus. I was deathly ill for two days beforeI got over it
'and had heavy vomiting and diarrhea also.samomnella poisoning
hit the rest of Jack In the Boxe's patrons that same afternoon.

oh my goodness how silly can she be? why doesn't she cut the meat into portions and freeze them? that's what i usually do at least. i'll buy the meat from the market, separate them into portions then freeze them. defrosting the meat means it must be used. if not the bacteria will multiply really fast.
i had food poisoning once and that was enough. i ate some fish at a restaurant and woke up with a really bad tummy ache the next day. since i wasn't having diarrhoae or nausea i thought it was just gastritis. however i finally couldn't take the pain and went to the emergency room. turn out i had food poisoning cause that's the result of the blood test. :(

well that is what most people will do buy in bulk cut it up and freeze to portions. Anyway with food poisoning it can be difficult. Last time I had it it was from I chichen and I got flu like simptoms: high temperature, sore throth, diarea, and stomack pain. Doctors said it was flu but 2 days later they took samples and decided it was food poisoning and started treatment.
