Sometimes I have just enough time to eat a bowl of Ramen, before I have to get up and take care of someone in the house. Just don't have enough time to cook nutritious foods anymore. So, it's Ramen noodle bowls for me. I have a bowl of lime flavored noodles with Shrimp in the kitchen right now, and it's got my name written all over it. I've never had that flavor of Ramen or noodles, before. So, I can't say whether or not it would be any good. Have you ever cooked or eaten lime flavored noodles or other exotic or odd flavors of noodles? Please share. If you have any healthy noodle recipes or cooking tips that you'd like to share, please do so. Thanks!

I don't really like Ramen. My husband does eat Ramen sometimes, though. He leaves a bowl in the van or the truck just in case he forgets to take his food to work sometime. I don't think I've ever even seen the lime flavor, though. It sounds to me like you need to start eating the same things you cook for everyone else. You will feel so much better if you eat healthier! Plus, it's good bonding time with your little girl, if you sit down and eat together!

Although I eat Ramen noodles, but thats when I have nothing more to eat and I need some hot soup. It is like some Chinese dishes with so many seasoning on it. It is not healthy for the body. Try reducing intake of easy to cook noodles.

About as exotic as my noodles have gotten are squid ink noodles, spinach, or sundried tomato noodles. I've never seen the lime Ramen before, but I'll definitely be checking those out next time I go to the store. Did you add whole shrimp? Please let up know how the lime noodles are! It sounds like an awesome combination with shrimp. I love noodles with a light tomato sauce, oil and broccoli raab, clam sauce, and just about everything else. I'm a pasta freak! :)
