another discussion started by someone here.. brought to light a rather ironical twist of revelation that i find so utterly amusing i had to start my own discussion of it here. the original posting was a question in regards to unborn children having a free "golden" ticket so to speak into heaven because theyd yet to be born and "sin", thus, abortion could possibly be seen, by a religious standpoint, as not a sin, unless the child suffered the sins of the parent if abortion is considered murder thus falling under violation of the commandments. now, throwing out logical reasoning of scripture being mistranslated, bits and peices of the original scrolls lost, millenia of word of mouth before the actual original scrolls were even written, and the possibility that humans might use their own versions of said scrolls for their own agendas (ie king james) lets go for a minute with the theory that the words written in these pages are indeed as the stereotypical biblethumper screams, the literal truth and words of god and his law. in the book of deuteronomy, it lists a number of types classes and otherwise categorizes those who will not be granted entrance into the kingdom of heaven due to sins committed by themselves.. and those offspring of the aforementioned offenders, regardless of how said individuals might live their lives once they take their first breath.. they shall suffer the sins of the parent as far down the line past the tenth generation into infinity. (please refer to scriptures mentioning the moabites as an example of this claim) one of the listed offenders and those who shall suffer eternal damnatin and torture, are those children born from a second marriage of either parent. biblically speaking they are still considered illegitimate, and therefore are not welcomed into the kingdom of god, nor are their offspring. now.. according to scriptures.. we are all descended from the first man & woman, Adam & Eve. we all owe our existance to this couple, as it is written. fact (and i use the term loosely, because we are going with the theory that the bible IS factual and truth as it is written thus no descrepencies are allowed within our thoughts here) Eve.. was not Adams first wife. Lillith was (please refer to referrences of The Other, Demon Lillith) as such.. any and all offpsring of Adam & Eve, which includes us ALL according to scripture, have been doomed by god to everlasting tortures and hellfire since the very beginning of time for being the offspring of a second marriage. ALSO.. Eve is considered the committer of the first original sin, by being tempted by Satan into eating said apple, and then coaxing Adam to follow her wickedly ways thus casting them both out of the Garden. but.. being as Adam didnt stay faithful to his first wife.. therefore the creation of Eve was brought into necessity, he is in fact the orginal sinner.. not Eve, as this sin was committed before she eve existed, therefore releasing the entire female population from this sposed "curse" of being bearer of the original sinning which has caused us all to know pain in childbirth as well as other sufferings sposedly befallen to us by our "mother" Eve`s actions. food for thought..

As a newbie to this site I know we're supposed to abstain from one word responses, but all I can think of to say to this is "wow"! I have to go back and read some of those texts.

i cant help but be amused a bit that those who brandish the bible as a weapon against others beating them over the head with it.. that if you question the text youre a non beleiver and dont know christ.. that it IS the literal truth as is.. no contradictions, no discrepencies, etc etc.. that the very book they scream is the only truth and by following it, it is their way to heaven.. is the very text that condemns us all from the very beginning. ahh irony..

Well said and worded Tessah-Jesus had an elder brother as well so he definitley wasn't the first born!! Halos are also a persons aura the first colour you see around the human body of which people didn't recognise in those days-the star of bethlehem is an alignment of planets that only happen in something like 600,000 years obviously that was what had happened then-the name Magi, seer means wise person or witch they took incense and gold and myrrh which is also used in the pagan community-I as you could go on and on if only bble thumpers could realise or question that different thinks in the bble have other meanings other than being that it is all true--but one other thing for those whom read this IT IS a fact that is the vatican in Rome hidden away by the Pope are other scripptures NOT included in the bble which would if added change the christian beleif-your friend littleowl
