Is okay to buy a second hand laptop?

hello guys i have seen on a lot of buy and sell websites selling second hand laptop at very low price and it really captured my attention, so what do you think guys of buying second hand laptop is okay?
what consideration to a buyer before buying this kind of stuff. so what can you advice on them?
Me i can advice on them just be careful on buying second hand laptops or even other stuff cause it might be hidden defects and can cost you a little bit higher than buying a brand new laptop.

If the cost is good and you get a recovery disk that come with it the only thing you can do is try and see if it's work it. Then i know tigerdirect.com sales labtop for a reasonable price and i don't know if they are used but check it out and see if you find better prices there.
