Anyone had kidney damage from taking celebrex?

I went for my annual physical yesterday and had the usual blood test. They called me today and said my kidneys were significantly malfunctioning and it was probably due to taking celebrex. I am to stop taking it and go back for a test in 2 weeks. Now i am left wondering...is it permanent damage? What kind of damage? Could I lose my kidneys? Has anyone had this happen to them or someone they know? I am really confused and upset. Help me out , if you can.
