vacationing this year?

How are rising gas prices affecting your decisions to travel this year? I have a vacation planned in St. Louis; however, I am very concerned with the gas prices increasing daily. Any ideas on free things in St. Louis other than the Zoo and Science Center for kids aged 6 and 3?
