What is the first you do in the morning?

after the whole night having a goodnight sleep, here we are doing our morning routine. What is the first thing you do when you wake up?

I used to take the strained water of the rice which was kept over night.This is good on a emptily stomach.I have been doing this for years.

The first thing I do is usually going downstairs and getting something to drink and tend to my cat, then back up to check my e-mail.

the first thing i do when i wake up is sleep some more ^_^ or look for the sofa and yeah,,,sleep some more LOL
