* Can you give me some tips about potty training? * What age is your children doing potty training? * How long until your children can go to toilet or ask to go to toilet and not using diapers anymore? * Do you have a difficult time when you had to train ur children?

The time to start varies from child to child, just like anything else. I've always heard that as a general guideline, you should start working with a little boy when he's around 2-2.5 and a little girl, when she's around 1.5-2, but of course that's just a general guideline. Also that's the guideline for when to START. Some kids pick it up within a few days, and others take months. My little boy was really easy for me to daytime potty train. He was one of those kids, that once he understood that he got rewarded for peeing in the potty, he peed in the potty all the time. It took less than a week to get him pee trained, and about a month before he could consistently poop in the potty every time. Well, I say he was completely trained then, but he would still have about 1-2 accidents a week, and he still needs diapers at night and at nap time. He turned 2 in February. He was day time potty trained by Thanksgiving, so probably when he was about 21 months old or so. We gave him M&Ms when he pottied in the big boy potty. We also made it into a HUGE deal each time. We got a sticker chart and gave him a sticker each time, and once he got enough stickers, he got a new toy.
