I have office in my home and I meet people at my office or went to meet them outside then I take my car.
Are you working in your home? Or do you move to your work? If you move, how you do that by car,by train,by bus?

I work at a sporting facility 15 blocks from our house. I drive the car to work when I am scheduled to work which is 2 to 3 days a week. Am glad I don't have far to drive since the cost of gas has gone up. There isn't a bus or train from our part of the city to my work.

I clean homes and offices. Some of them are an hour away, so I schedule as many as I can in the same day, so I only have to drive there 2 days a week. I drive a van.

i have a little scooter and i really find it helping, you know as a city commuter the scooter is more than enough. I can also go on a near-city trip with the scooter.
And the even better thing is that it saves on petrol, and we all know here, the PETROL problem???

My office is in the premises of my home, but actually is a separate building.
I teach English and my students come here.
I just didn't bring the coffee machine here and kept it at home. Otherwise I'd be drinking coffee on-stop. So I have to go home (like ten metres) to get my coffee.
I like it, cause I'm still working at home, meaning i don't have to move from here, but yet i'm not "at home", which is kind of claustrophobic (I used to live and work in the same room a few years ago, i know what i'm talking about.
Besides, being not in my house itself reinforces the idea of being at work, since sometimes your family takes you for granted cause you're there you can run some errands or cook something or take calls for them while the're working, just because you're there.(I wonder doing what?)
That has been the hardest part of working at home for me.
