12 Foods That Stain Your Teeth

Alright, I admit I was quite surprises at some of these, but I guess when I think about it, some of them are obvious. Red wine, Beets, Coffee, Tea, and blueberries to name a few. I believe that the most shocking one for me was tomato sauce. I never knew that something like this could stain teeth. There are more.
